We read your rate confirmation and your ELD/GPS timestamps for every load, build a documented, proof-backed detention or accessorial claim, and draft the broker correspondence and follow-ups needed to push it toward payment, including an escalation path tied to the FMCSA's 2026 broker-bond rule for brokers who go quiet.

You review everything before it goes out, and you send it yourself, in your own name. This is claims preparation, not collections: we build the case, you make the call.
